What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
There are some strategies that I use in my in my everyday life that work for me. First thing I do when I wake up is get a glass of water go to the rest room and get ready to go on a walk.
Walking is so calming and when I’m stressed it really can cool me down. It’s fun in the morning. Also in the afternoon when the traffic dies down.
I also like to exercise with weights do yoga and swim.
For my mental health it’s best to get therapy and talk to people that are supportive and willing to share their stories who also listen to what you have to say.
I also talk to the most important people in my life everyday or every other day.
I also love to cook and using different ingredients and seasonings.
Finding a community, nurturing that community staying active and eating right-
Those are my strategies to a happy- comfortable life.
