One positive change I have made in my life is: Saying Positive Affirmations. I learned from my Mom when she was doing Bold for Keller Williams is that the saying ‘Your Cells Eavesdrop on Your Thoughts’ is real. If you think about negative things that is what you’ll focus on. Another saying related to this is ‘What You Focus on Expands.’
Positive Affirmations is something you can do to help you have a new outlook on life. It instantly makes me feel better and more confident about myself! It brings a smile to my face when I say the affirmations and overall lifts my mood!
I feel like when I say positive affirmations it changes the way I think. If rewires my brain to focus on the good and leave the bad behind-In the past! I have an over all positive thought pattern that can get me through tough situations. I know I do have some down days but with the help of positive affirmations I can feel less sad or unhappy and start to see the upside more quickly!
